American scientists have done a investigation of 40,000 old women, and the result reveals that women eat low-fat foods can reduce the danger of being ovary cancer.

However, the prevention work must be launched as early as possible. It is proved that if one have being eaten low-fat food for at least 4 years, and then the function of preventing can be achieved. And, the prevention popular nowadays is using contraceptives, which can reduce the danger down to 60%, even if one stop using the drugs, the prevention will be sustained for a long time.
