I think the working of them is so significant because they can help more and more people by persuading some car’s owners to donate their cars. Meanwhile, I admire their special measure of encouraging people donating their cars, because the doing is like that a stone kills two birds: on the one hand, the cars can be donated for charity, and then more and more people would be helped; on the other hand, the cars are now more and more jeopardizing the status of city’s traffic, so by this method, I think it would solve our crowded traffic more or less.
