Release your skin from eczema

In winter, there are many persons suffered from eczema. When getting the illness, there would be dry patches present on one’s skin and they are going to burn after only a few minutes of scratching. They would be around one’s skin of arms, shoulders, elbows, even thighs and buttocks. As a matter of fact, I am the one of sufferers and it is a painful experience when winter comes.

Generally speaking, eczema is the one of the most common skin killers afflicting people. And it is characterized by itchy skin, redness, swelling, cracking, crusting, and scaling.

As a matter of fact, the eczema is mainly due to body’s lack of essential fatty acids (EFA's), which are polyunsaturated fats only can be ingested from food. And, it is suggested that one must ingest EFA’s at a ratio of 2:1 (omega 3: omega 6) for gaining the greatest benefit from EFA’s.

And, how to get EFA’s from diet? The answer is fish. If you like to eat fish, the illness would be away from you. Because eat fish can greatly supplement omega 6 fatty acids which could prevent one from the eczema; certainly, the omega 3 fatty acids must be supplemented synchronously. And, the fish oil can offer a lot of omega 3 fatty acids. If one wants to buy products of fish oil, the liquid and capsule form could be chose.

Additionally, flax seeds can offer omega 3 fatty acids, although its amount is less than fish oil. And, borage or primrose oil are also prove to contain omega 6 fatty acids.


Keep eating with these healthy foods which can ward off the burning and inflammation of eczema, and you will be fit during the whole winter.

Do you look beautiful?

Today, I saw an article which is issued with women’s beauty. As the author said, anybody can look beautiful if they feel beautiful. I believe it deeply. So, as a matter of fact, beauty is just a combination of various factors.

In my old post, I often stressed on the saying, “healthy woman is beautiful!” So I think the author should add my viewpoint into his post. The author referred of the lifestyle and mood as the key things of beauty, but I always think the health should be significant for women. I even feel health directly leads to women’s beauty, for example, a healthy woman must keep her skin smooth; eyes bright; hair glossy and figure shapely.

Certainly, the factors are indeed complex. Sometimes, one healthy woman gets unhappy, and then she would look sentimental and unbeautiful. So I have to say, beauty is not a thing derived from any single factor.

In a word, I agree with the saying of the author, “anybody can look beautiful if they feel beautiful”, however, because of the significance of health, I think the words could be changed into, “anybody can look beautiful if they feel fit”.

Radiation is really harmful to people’s health?

Most people turn pale at the only mention of radiation terrible, why? Just because of the report of blast of A-bomb in Japan? Frankly speaking, the radiation from the bomb results to lots of victim and disabilities, which leads people to esteem the radiation evil or terror.

Recently, a new viewpoint is published by several nutritionists who agree that a few radiations could improve immune function and prolong people’s life. And, the decision shows a lot of proof to support its feasibility.

In the report, there are at least 3 tips should be stressed:

1. The harm of radiation should be graded into several layers, such as high level; average level and low level of radiation. And, low level of radiation shall be moderately healthy to us.

2. Like the deficiency of vitamin, the lack of radiation is also a disease uncared for by people. But the fact is present now, there are deficiencies present in many species, including rats.

3. Some illnesses can’t be cured by normal medicine may be dealt with moderate radiation, because moderate radiation could improve the amount of immune cells like leukocytes; accelerate excretion of cells and function of enzyme and increase the production of antibodies all of which could strengthen body’s resistance against infection.
