Overdrink water tend to damage brain

It is often suggested that one should drink more water for ejecting toxin out of body, and drinking water frequently could make one look beautiful, prevent illnesses and so on. It seems that drinking more and more water could keep fit without any side effect.

However, the recent research reveals that drinking too much water would also harmful. If one drink excess water within a short time, and the kidney couldn't eject the excess water out of body, so the water stay in body and make the blood diluted. The direct result is that concentration of sodium ion is quickly decreased and the excess water burst into brain cells, which resulted in hydrocephalus and a significant damage for brain.

Generally speaking, one would lose a great deal of fluids after intense movements through sweating, so he must supplement ample water timely. However, the unfit supplement like drinking excess water can also bring harm to body.

How to deal with the dermatological Irritation for athletes?

With the closely coming of Olympics in Beijing, I want to launch the topic of athletes’ health. Today, I post for the skin’s health. As a matter of fact, an athlete’s skin is as related to his or performance as his or her muscles, yet too few recognize this.

It is proved that athletes are Prone to Dermatological Irritation, for instance, Bowlers will often suffer from blisters and cuts; rock climbers, from cracked skin and burns; horseback riders, from chafing; swimmers, from dry skin; weightlifters, from calluses..

And, how to deal with the problems? Firstly, natural pain relief is the optimum method for keeping an athlete’s skin healthy and hydrated. Herein, “hydrated” is a crucial word that you must be concerned. In fact, the simplest and most effective method for staying hydrated is to simply drink water. And for athletes, who lose a great deal of fluids through sweating, water should be consumed frequently. It’s said that even 2 percent dehydration decreases an athlete’s performance by as much as 10 percent. So, adequate hydration is crucial in keeping one’s skin healthy.

Secondly, If athletes are already suffered from some Dermatological Irritations such as blisters, abrasions and so on, simple powders and ointments such as Johnson’s Baby Powder or XTreme Skin Ointment can be purchased inexpensively, and can provide tremendous relief.
