How to detect that you are vitamin-lacking

These days, I rarely eat fresh vegetables and fruits, so I feel unfit a lot. The symptom reveals that muscle’s ache, sleep debt, little power, stomatitis, etc.Especially, there are three blebs in my mouth, which make me painful when eating and drinking.

Today, I find that I am absorbing little vitamin from vegetables and fruits. Normally, I would prefer to eat meat rather than vegetables and fruits, but now I know that my recipe is so partial that I have ignored something that I couldn’t gain from my favorite foods.

Yesterday, I go outside to buy a great deal of fruits and eat out them. The function seems effective and my mouth’s blebs become smaller and smaller, now I could eat things at random.
How to detect you are vitamin-lacking? I think the way is so simple that once you have not eaten fresh vegetables or fruits, you should become unfit because of vitamin-lacking.

By the way, the vegetable’s vitamin (C,B,etc) are mostly soluble in water and non-steady against heat, so, most of our cooked vegetables’ vitamin are depleted because of high temperature and soluble traits.

So, I prefer to choose fruit as my complementarity of vitamin, while it do not need be cooked with high temperature and the vitamin are so fluent in the juice.
