Are you depressed today?<Ⅱ>

To avoid the depression, we must take measures to build up our healthy mental status and get rid of heart disease. In my opinion, one can get rid of depression drastically by these avenue:

1. master some special knowledge of mental health, such as valuing yourself properly, reducing the amount of jobs, playing sports appropriately, and so on. And, if you are a father/mother, you may learn the knowledge to teach your children and help them rectify mood by themselves.

2. form a easy life style which can rectify mood timely and keep your hearts open, optimistic and aspiring, then you can release your stress and pressure timely.

3. release your uneasy by diets. For example, when you are dysphoric and in insomnia, you can eat more leguminous plants, corns and fruits, avoid eating more red meat, drinking coffee, tea and alcohol, etc.

4. learn some skill of self-comforting and self-releasing. For example, you can take some exercise with yoga or shadowboxing, which can get rid of one’s stress availably and release the symptom of heart and blood vessel disease effectively.

5. bring up broad interests, such as planting, listening music, do writings, calligraphy, paintings, sports and so on, which can please one’s mood and improve health.
