When referring of vitamin, maybe most people know its significance in our bodies’ foundation, even though they mostly learn of the information from the ads of drinks and nutritional products on TV or online. So, I want to post for the reality of vitamin.
Actually, I have had an old post about vitamin deficiency, How to detect that you are vitamin-lacking ,which partially described some symptoms of vitamin deficiency for curing early.
Throughout some reports and researches, I find the most common causes of vitamin deficiencies are stress, improper vitamin content, improper diet and consumption of medicines which obstruct vitamins. Once someone tends to feel tired and less energetic, his/her body may not receive the necessary vitamins in that time. For example, the loss of appetite; tired and chapped lips are mainly because of vitamin deficiency. While one suffers with these symptoms, the vitamin deficiency would be around.
For treating with the deficiencies of vitamin, there are three wrong tips:
1. Some people try to make up for the deficiency by consuming excess vitamins; this is, however, not suggested and even a harm to one’s body.
2. Taking a proper diet needn’t supplement with vitamins. Because eating healthy food doesn't imply that the required content of vitamins has been taken, so it is always suggested to take the required vitamins out of that.
3. Remember that the vitamin products are only supplements to provide the additional content of vitamins, which you may not be gained in the food you take, so do not think of replacing your food with these products.
Certainly, taking care of your body would spend money which may have been accumulated for a long time, however, the investment is worth for keeping your body fit and healthy, and at the same time preventing a vitamin deficiency.
