Actually, many people don’t know the origin of the snoring is sleep apnea, which is a condition which causes you to stop breathing for a short period of time while you sleep. And, it may awaken you in the middle of the night, leaving you gasping for air. What’s more, there are some nightmares occurring with the snoring, which make one feel terrible.

Generally speaking, the condition will often deprive you of a quality rest, having you feeling tired, inability to focus on your work, headaches and makes you irritable during the day. If you don’t care the condition with a long time, sleep apnea can even cause a heart attack and stroke.

Advice from expert:
1. Keep flesh air available in your room. This is important, because many people like to sleep with windows or door shut fully, and people often feel stivy under that condition. You could leave a gap in window and keep flesh air flow in easily.
2. Change the bad habits before sleep, such as smoking, drinking and overeating.
3. You could do some exercises before sleep, which would not only make you strong, but it can also strengthen your tongue, throat and jaws, which can improve conditions such as your tongue falling back and blocking your air passage while you sleep.
