Eat meat with a little of garlic

Some animal foods such as muscle contain abundant vitamin B1, but it is easily destroyed or heavily expelled from one’s body with urine.

Garlic contains special allicin and it can combine with the vitamin B1 steadily, then the combination enhance the content of vitamin B1 in muscles.

In addition, the combination with allicin and vitamin B1can also prolong the resorted time of vitamin B1 in body, otherwise, it can accelerate its absorption in stomach and gut.

So, in our general process of taking food, we could eat some garlic when eating meat, because it can dispel smells of the flesh and give yourself a nutrient food!
