Drinking little water can make the brain dull


Nowadays, modern persons live a quick life and disremember some important things frequently, such as drinking water. It is figured that one per three drinks less than six cups of water everyday. The experts remind that a healthy youth must drink about 6-8 cups of water(every cup of water measures about 240 ml) or other drinks like juice or tea. Or one’s body would be hydrating, which is harmful to one’s body.


The specialists emphasize that our bodies’ water would be lost with the hidropoiesis, breath and excreta. If you want your body normally working, you should recruit water timely. Many persons do their jobs busily and often forget drinking water, which can induce some symptoms like fatigue, being light in the head, the decreasing of function of thinking. Thereby, it is suggested by some experts that one should drink a little of water every hour, and if you always disremember it, you can combine drinking water with some normal work like checking mail and taking phones. For example, you can force yourself to drink a sup of water after a phoning or take a drink after checking a mail, if so, your habit of drinking water on time would be formed.
