Sport and health

In my opinion, doing sport frequently is most healthy method rather than supplementing some nutrient diet. Because doing sport frequently could make one’s organs function well, as eating foods could only make body’s nutrition sufficient.

Actually, doing sport could strengthen one’s body, including organs’ consolidated. If you are a man like sport, then you would find that your body’s immune function is relatively stronger than those who dislike sport.

Additionally, doing sport could relieve the stress in job, sometimes, people are under stress and their skin is less able to fight off the bacteria that can result in a blemish. Doing sport may be a good therapy of symptoms rooted by stress.

Doing sport includes a lot of categories, such as balls game like basketball (it’s my favorite game, hehe), track and field like long-distance running(although it can strengthen one’s muscle, but I don’t like the boring and apt- tired exercise), other acrobatic gymnastics, etc. if you want to do sport for strengthen your body, you could choose one item from the list below(of course you love)(data comes from Olympics):

boat race, bobsleigh, bobsled, boxing, canoe slalom, cricket, cycling, diving, downhill race, dragon-boat racing, dressage, equestrian, fencing, figure skating, football(for British English)/soccer(for American English), freestyle, gliding, sailplaning, golf, Greece-Roman wrestling, gymnastics, handball, hockey, hold, lock, horizontal bar, hurdles, hurdle race, huttlecock kicking, ice skating, item Archery, judo, jumping, kayak, mat exercises, mountain bike, parallel bars, polo, relative work, relay race, relay, rings, roller skating, rowing, rugby, sailing, shooting, side horse, pommelled horse, ski jump, ski jumping competition, skiing, slalom, softball, surfing, swimming, table tennis, taekwondo, tennis, toxophily, trampoline, trapeze, tug-of-war, volleyball, badminton, baseball, basketball, walking, walking race, wall bars, water polo, weightlifting, wrestling, yacht
