The nutrition of soup Ⅱ


About cooking a pot of soup, you may not be concerned on these advices:

1. Time of cooking a pot of soup is advised not too long, because the long time cooking may break down of the materials’ vitamin. And, the optimal cooking time is advised for 1~1.5 hour of heating, then the soup may be up to a perfect and top value of nutrition.

2. Taking some tomatoes into a soup of beef may be a good choice. Because this addition of tomatoes can enhance the content of tomato’s red elements, plus, the acid of tomato can make the beef tender and fresh.

3. The soup of pig’s hoof can’t be eaten frequently, because its collagen protein can’t be absorbed by stomach and gut fully. Certainly, if you really want to eat, you can take the greengrocery and lotus root cooked with together.
