The food before a skee is so important because the temperature of the outside is lower than that one’s body, and the energy’s lost is great and rapid. So, it is said that eating some soybeans and fats is so helpful for a skee’s readiness, but eating fats could improve one’s cumulation of fat especially in liver, and the soybeans which contain a lot of phospholipids could release fat’s load and help one keep good status of sports.
