Some common senses about healthⅧ





1. Cook the rice with hot water is a more nutritious cooking: hot water can shorten the time of cooking the rice, and protect the vitamin B1 from being dissipated within long-time high temperature. In addition, the tap water contains a lot of chlorine which is not healthy for our bodies, so use more hot water can prevent being toxic with excess chlorine.

2. It is suggested that the clothes with silk are not healthy for infants, because they can’t absorb water easily and babies dressed with the silk tend to be suffered from hypersensitive dermatitis. So, you parents would better choose the clothes with cotton for your lovely babies.
