Soya-bean milk is a good breakfast

Among the all categories of soybean products, the soya-bean milk is most popular by the public, and it is called with “Chinese milk” by most people. When one gets up in the morning, drinking a cup of warm soya-bean milk could make people powerful and energetic. And, drinking soya-bean milk with deferent means will bring an enough nutrition without any boring.

You can make soya-bean milk by yourself and buy the ready-to-drink soya-bean milk, you can also add it into the milk, coca, cafe and fruit’s juice for a better enjoy.

At the same time, the soya-bean milk can take the place of the acidophilus milk. Putting the fruit cut into pieces such as pineapple, apple, Hami melon, cherry and banana in to the soya-bean milk and stir up them, then put it into refrigerator for frozen and eat.
